A brick red, meshed with different shades of grey. Josh's coat is rather common, but what makes him stand out is his stance, but also - his eyes. They are a yellowy gold, with a hint of orange. But are easy to show emotion and give off more than Josh wants too. It's easy to tell what he is thinking or doing by his eyes.

Josh is of large build, and often uses his massive weight against his opponents. Strength and bulk are his talents and he uses them well, nevertheless - despite his huge size, Josh is agile and quick on his feet. It is these quick movement and reflexes which have earned him his place in the modern day.

Character Perception
ø Mentality, Disposition and Semblance ø
Josh is cold and hard to get to know. He usually moves away from people that get too close, unless they are smart and quick enough to stop him. He is subtle, yet wise beyond his years. Josh is tentative in what he says because he is afraid of upsetting or hurting someone. He rarely speak as it is, and if he does, he likes to do it in riddles. If asked why, he will reply; "What's life without whimsy?" He will only eat caribou in the winter, claiming that it is the 'winter elk' and therefore should only be hunted in winter.
Josh is open-minded, and will defend his beliefs to the death - becoming violently angry if any wolf mocks them. He hates and refuses to talk about his past, as he believes that the past should never be remembered, which is why it is called past. It is the past of a wolf, but is past their mind therefore should be forgotten. Although he cannot forget his past, he wishes to. He will attack anyone without notice or motif if they mention his past or family unless they are close to him. If they are close enough to the wolf, then he will simply snap out with words and ask them to 'shut up about histories.'
Josh likes to sit somewhere quiet by himself or with one companion. His companion can be anything from an acquaintance to his best friend. He enjoys talking softly about recent news or world affairs with them and will often mention any new strategies or tactics he has been thinking about. He also loves climbing things and swimming. Josh has a little obsession with climbing. He will scale trees, sloping cliffs and even boulders. He just loves to be on higher ground that his comrades and opponents.

Josh was born into a violent and twisted pack of fighters with the name K9 (Killer-Nine). He was taught how to fight, how to kill and how to outwit an opponent. His father was a ruthless and savage wolf who killed his mother after Josh's weaning. He believed females to be worthless and only good for breeding. Females born into the pack rarely lived above four years old. For two years Josh trained all day and everyday with the other young wolves. He quickly became known as the dreadnought of the TANK (The Arisen Neo Kings) pack. Josh was quicker, faster, stronger and more agile than the other apprentices. He got first pick of food, mates and rank once training was complete.
He was made Delta male instantaneously after he completed the course at two years old. He lead raids on other packs and wars between their enemies. His alias switched from K9, to Killer. There was nothing that Josh couldn't destroy. He was big, strong and determined. Meaning nothing, or no-one even dared to stand in his way. For a whole year, Josh terrorized the territory and the packs of those surrounding it. If a wolf stepped just one paw into the TANK territory. He was dead.
Finally, there came a time where all of seven packs in the area overthrew TANK. All the fighters, apprentices, guards, sentinels and even healers had joined the fight. And although TANK fought bravely, they were picked off, one by one. Only Josh and three other wolves escaped. The escapees were: Killer-Nine, Hidden, Kruger and Death.
Kruger ran, while three of the bachelor wolves stayed together each changing their name so that they would not be recognised. Killer-Nine became Josh, Hidden became Newton and Death became Life.Eventually, Life found a mate, and joined the pack that she was born in, leaving only two wolves left in a small and dysfunctional family. Newton committed suicide, throwing himself into a small group of fully-grown and enraged grizzly bears. Josh wandered until he crossed enough land to start over. He wasn't known here, only his name. He joined the Silver Snows Pack and although he is calm and only fights when necessary. He still has an aggressive side and isn't afraid to
show it.
